Kim Nagle is a coach, strategist, and entrepreneur who helps nonprofits and businesses build financial resilience. She launched her first business at 14 and has since founded six more, including Upgrow Business International. Through that work, she supported rural, Native American, and diverse communities across the Midwest, helping establish three Native Community Development Financial Institutions, the SBA Minnesota Women’s Business Center, and raising over $100 million to fuel business incubators and development programs.Â
Today, through DAMN Plan Coaching LLP, which she co-founded with her daughter, Kim empowers leaders to align passion with profit so they can build organizations they love and that last. She is the author of The DAMN Plan®: How To Find Freedom, Love, And Money In Your Business and the forthcoming Nonprofit Profitability™.

Janet Cobb
Coach & Fund Development Trainer
Janet Cobb has worked in the nonprofit arena her entire career, holding a wide variety of positions, including Communications Manager, Director of Development, and Executive Director, and has handled budgets from under $50K to over $8m. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive and Certified Nonprofit Professional.
Nicknamed “The Small Nonprofit Whisperer” by many colleagues, Janet has consulted with, coached, or trained over 700 early-stage, grassroots, and small nonprofits to help them build capacity and acquire the skills needed to support and expand their efforts.

Gilbert Angervil
Coach
Dr. Gilvert Angervil is a nonprofit and public sector consultant with over 18 years of experience in public administration, nonprofit leadership, and legislative service. His expertise includes strategic planning, program evaluation, grant management, and capacity building.
He has served as a legislator, university educator, director of a Master of Public Administration (MPA) program, nonprofit executive, and board member, with a strong focus on equity, leadership development, and community impact. Dr. Angervil has led and supported capacity-building efforts with nonprofit organizations internationally and more recently in the U.S., including developing tools to strengthen accountability and improve program outcomes. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration.

Jon Ruis
Coach
Jon Ruis is the Owner and Principal of Ruis Consulting Group. Throughout Jon’s career, he has trained, consulted, and worked with many different types of organizations from Fortune 500 organizations to small startup organizations. The common denominator has been their pursuit of growth through having a clear vision and a plan to achieve that vision. Through these experiences, Jon has grown passionate about finding the strengths in each organization, defining a vision, and building a plan where everyone can work with a shared purpose.
Jon worked as a consultant helping Fortune 500 companies build employee culture, worked in higher education, lived internationally designing and managing training programs for Peace Corp, served as the CEO of the United Way of Central MN and ran a large regional law firm. Jon’s leadership background gives him a unique perspective that is beneficial for working with all types of organizations and partnering with them to get the best out of the collaboration.Â
Although he enjoyed living and working internationally and in larger communities, he opted to come back to Central Minnesota to build his family and career. Jon lives in Sartell, MN with his wife and two children. On weekends, Jon will tell you that his happy place is when you find them on a golf course, camping, and preferably doing both.

Cindra Vang

Cindra Vang is a finance and strategy leader with over a decade of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, and M&A execution across healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit, and professional services. As Founder and Fractional CFO of Provision CFO, she partners with mission-driven organizations to improve financial sustainability, streamline operations, and unlock growth potential. Her expertise includes budgeting, forecasting, GAAP compliance, and building data-driven financial models that inform executive decision-making. She has led over $200M in M&A transactions, developed integration playbooks, and delivered dashboards that translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
With a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Southeastern University, Cindra combines academic rigor with real-world consulting experience to help organizations strengthen their financial health and maximize mission impact. She also holds an MBA from Hamline University and a BS in Finance at Metropolitan State University. She is passionate about empowering leaders to shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive, profitable decision-making and equipping them with practical tools to create lasting change.

A lifelong Minnesotan, Michelle Massman brings Midwestern charm, grit and relentless enthusiasm to her role as an on–demand Vice President for small and medium-sized businesses. With more than two decades of experience growing and scaling 10 successful companies, Michelle helps business owners adapt to new situations, overhaul and refine systems, make decisions, and create strategic plans.
An avid snowshoer, Michelle is proud to help businesses blaze new trails off the beaten path, like snowshoe tracks in the fresh Minnesota snow. She teaches her signature course, From Stuck to Unstoppable, in Minnesota, and worldwide virtually.
